Mae Gwasanaeth Therapi PDC yn cynnig ystod o opsiynau cwnsela yn ddibynnol ar eich anghenion. Fel arfer, rydym yn darparu bloc o sesiynau cwnsela, sy'n cynnwys 8 sesiwn fesul bloc. Ein pris yw £42 y sesiwn, yn cynnwys TAW.
Rydym yn cynnal asesiad cychwynnol cyn cael mynediad at gwnsela. Mae hyn yn ein helpu i ddeall eich anghenion a sicrhau y gallwn ddarparu'r gwasanaeth cywir ar yr adeg gywir. Mae asesiadau'n cymryd tua 45 munud heb unrhyw gost a gellir eu cynnal dros y ffôn.
Fel arall, gallwn gynnig Therapi Ymddygiad Gwybyddol (CBT). Darperir 10 – 12 sesiwn fesul bloc. Y pris yw £42 fesul sesiwn (gan gynnwys TAW).
Yn ogystal, gallwn gynnig Seicotherapi Cerddoriaeth a Chelf ar gost o £42 fesul sesiwn (gan gynnwys TAW).
Cynhelir pob sesiwn yn olynol, yn wythnosol, ar yr un amser gyda'r un cynghorwr.
USW Therapy Service offers a range of counselling options depending on your needs.
Typically, we provide a block of counselling sessions, consisting of 8 sessions per block. Our price is £42 per session, Inc. of VAT.
We routinely carry out an initial assessment prior to accessing counselling. This helps us to understand your needs and ensure we can provide you with the right service at the right time. Assessments take approximately 45 minutes at no cost and can be take place via telephone.
Alternatively, we can offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. 10 – 12 sessions per block are provided. The price is £42 per session. (Inc. of VAT).
In addition, we are able to offer both Music and Art Psychotherapy at a cost of £42 per session (Inc. of VAT).’
All Sessions will take place consecutively, on a weekly basis at the same time each week with the same counsellor.
