USW in partnership with the FAW, present the opportunity to continue your coach education pathway on the UEFA ladder. The award is designed to introduce and educate coaches around the technical, physical, psychological, and social requirements of modern football. It aims to further develop a coaches’ ability to plan, prepare, deliver, and reflect on coaching sessions to best support their players.
